Call out and Minimum Charges

Our policy is to charge for minimum payment of 1 hour, if the visit lasts longer than 1 hour you only pay for the amount of time the engineer was working on the problem. We do not charge an additional, separate call out fee, however we do reserve the right to charge reasonable mileage expenses if you are more than 15 minutes travelling time from the BS35 3RT post code area. Mileage surcharge is at our discretion and you will be informed if it applies to you when you make your appointment.

Please note these are typical costs and are here as a guide only. Our engineer will be able to make a more accurate estimate when they have seen your computer.
